Everything on this page comes from our Google Business Profile. We pull the reviews as Google shows them - the name the reviewer chose, the star rating, the date and the text - and we do not edit, shorten or reorder them beyond newest first. Reviews left without a comment are counted in the total but not shown, because there is no text to show. The page is refreshed from Google every week, and the three reviews shown at the bottom of each service page on this site are drawn from this same list, so nothing appears anywhere on the site that is not also on the Google profile.
Reading them together, a few things come up again and again: the technician arriving inside the window he gave on the phone, the problem being explained before anything is touched, and the door or opener working the same day. The jobs behind these reviews are the ones we do every week across Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island: broken torsion and extension springs, openers that have stopped or gone loud, doors off their track, snapped cables, dented sections, new door and opener installations, and automatic driveway gates.

Those numbers are counted from the review text on this page, not written by us, and they change as new reviews come in.
